Why Gluten Free 

Gluten is naturally found in all forms of wheat, rye and barley, but hidden in almost everything from beauty products to packaged foods to medications and supplements.  In people diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Gluten causes measurable damage to the small intestine leading to malnutrition and a variety of complications.
