Why gluten-free?

A. Millions of Americans are unable to eat products made with gluten, and a growing number of people are choosing to take wheat out of their diets to support a healthier lifestyle. Our intent was to create gluten-free bread products that taste great, to serve both of these constituencies.

What is gluten?

A. Gluten is a protein found in grass-related grains like wheat, rye and barley.

Where is the bread made?

A. Our bread is made in our gluten-free facility in Escondido, California. We’re proud to produce our products in the U.S.

Where can I find your products?

A. In addition to making purchases via this website, GNI products are available at Whole Foods, Seaside Market and Major Market with more stores coming soon, as well as restaurants.

How will I receive the product?

A. Your order will be shipped via overnight or second-day delivery, to ensure optimum freshness.

What is the shelf life of your bread?

A. Our bread will stay fresh for four days at room temperature, two weeks in the refrigerator and several months in the freezer.

Will you be offering more bread products?

A. Yes. We are continually working to create new, delicious gluten-free products. Flavorful breakfast biscuits—cinnamon raisin and cranberry orange—will be available soon. Check back for announcements on new products. We’re also happy to receive suggestions for gluten-free products that would solve a need you have; contact us as info@gnibakery.com with your ideas.
